Unless otherwise stated, all ticket and merchandise sales are final. Once a purchase is completed, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged.
2. Event Cancellation or Postponement
If an event is canceled:

If an event is postponed:

Your ticket will remain valid for the rescheduled date.

3. Non-Attendance
Failure to attend an event (whether due to personal reasons, illness, travel issues, or otherwise) does not qualify for a refund. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure they can attend before making a purchase.
4. Merchandise and Digital Products
All merchandise and digital product sales are final. If your merchandise arrives damaged or incorrect:
